When developing our products, as well as their packaging and logistics, we attach particular importance to efficiency and environmental compatibility. Our approach goes far beyond saving CO2. A single 8 gram tab replaces an entire 5 liter canister. We make sure that our tabs develop an excellent cleaning effect on glass panes, furniture and all solid floors after the dissolving phase. We believe that transporting windshields and surface cleaners in plastic canisters does not make sense these days. This is extremely inefficient, has a massive impact on the environment and is no longer up-to-date in terms of handling.
Here is an example so that you can better imagine massive relief for the environment. Currently, 3,960 canisters (windscreen cleaner) with a content of 5 liters are transported per truck. This corresponds to a total of 19,800 liters of windscreen or surface cleaner. Since our tabs are very small in their simplest form of packaging, we are able to transport 2,300,000 million tabs on one of our trucks with the same loading capacity.
This means that with an average distance of 650KM between manufacturer and customer, 560 fewer trucks have to drive on German roads and motorways. With an average consumption of 35 liters of diesel per 100 km per truck, this means that around 129,900 liters of diesel are NOT used, and this means massive environmental relief in terms of CO2, soot and particulate matter. It is also important to emphasize that with our products we offer every customer the opportunity to do something for the environment in a measurable, sustainable and active way without any additional financial expense.
A truck with 2,300,000 million easy-tabs relieves the burden on the environment compared to the usual 5 liter canisters with ready-mixes as follows:
- 2,300,000 million 5 liter plastic canisters (805 tons) that do not have to be produced, handled, transported or disposed of!
- 568 fewer trucks on the roads and motorways, which also contributes to safety
- Saving of diesel about 129,000 liters
- CO2 savings approx. 118,500kg
